The Law firm was established in Milan in 1984, initially as a one-person business by Accountant Alfio Torrisi. After a long career with the Italian Financial Authorities working in the direct tax department, he left after reaching the highest managerial level, and decided to use his experience of taxation in a freelance career. With his in-depth knowledge of the field, particularly in the area in which he worked for the Financial Authorities, he has been able to take on professional work for very prestigious companies.

Lawyer Aldo Torrisi first became certified public accountant, and then took a degree in law and became a lawyer. After some years working for prestigious law firms law offices in the city, Aldo Torrisi joined his father’s studio. The aim was to bring his skills as an accountant and lawyer specialized in tax law to the studio, in order to be able to offer clients a complete range of accountancy and legal services.

The owner has also plentiful long-standing experience as auditors in various Italian and international companies.


The Law firm occasionally relies on the collaboration of lawyer Federico Fonzi, specialized in tax law, as well as the studio employees with secretarial and administrative tasks.
